“We wanted to send a suprise to some dear friends. Unfortunately they were not at home when the beers arrived and were left with a neighbour. Timing wasn't favourable being a Bank holiday weekend. The negative issue is the greeting card which was supposed to be included just wasn't there - so, our friends didn't know who had sent the package. I eventually had to text and ask if they'd received anything and they told they'd got it. The website is really set up more for online ordering to your own address and not straightforward to send as a gift. I did see a customer feedback comment saying the writing on the greeting card was very small, I didn't think that none would be included. It's taken the pleasure away a bit, by having to ask about receipt and not knowing whether / when the neighbour managed to hand the package over.”

“The beer was enjoyed by all my guests however delivery took around 10 days which meant they arrived on the day of my party which nearly resulted in me buying replacements from supermarkets . This was a lot longer than expected for beer you said was in stock on ordering . The customer service girl was doing her best but that didnt help .”

“I have bought a Belgium beer case as a gift for someone. DPD told me the case had broken in transit. Now radio silence! Nothing more from DPD nothing from beerhunter even though I have emailed and left voicemail. I’m extremely disappointed in beerhunter.”

Hi Stewart, I am sorry you haven't received your order, I can see customer services have sent two emails to you, one on the 1st May and another on the 6th May, they advised that it had been damaged in transit by DPD and asked if a replacement or a refund was required. There has been no response to these emails. Please would you contact cs@beerhunter.co.uk to see if we have the correct email address for you?

“Purchase (36bottles of Augustiner) arrived when they said it would. Btw, in my humble opinion Augustiner is the best beer I've tasted in Germany, although I've still got hundreds to try.🍺”
