“Ordered Xmas present. Didn't arrive, received email stating to confirm that goods received. No communication, no one on live chat even on working hours. Finally got an answer (even though there were bank holidays the reply still to slow). Wouldn't use”

“It took five working days just to dispatch the order. When the DPD driver failed to attempt delivery twice as scheduled and ultimately smashed the package, the company was extremely unhelpful. After two weeks, I was left with nothing. A refund was only issued as a last resort, with no meaningful support and not even an offer to resend the order with free delivery—which would have been the bare minimum. Very disappointing service from start to finish.”

“I stumbled across Beerhunter whilst trying to source some Belgian beer that I'd failed to find. Wow, a fantastic selection of tempting stuff. My only worry now is getting in trouble with my good lady for creating a store. Don't miss joining the loyalty club, I've subsribed to the loyalty club plus, just a few orders and you've already more than paid for a year's subscription. A great source to enable you to try excellent beers. Wisely.”

“Easy to order and good delivery service. I got the selection of alcohol free beers and they are pretty nice! Most stuff would not be available in shops. I also appreciated the 100% recyclable packaging.”

“good selection of beers - only drawback is the cost of delivery - very expensive! Been charged as Highlands although we are not!! £12.95 as opposed to £5.95 UK Mainland? I always thought that Aberdeen was on UK mainland? not in the Highlands or any other island. Maybe you know different?”

“The keg I ordered was great and I was very pleased with the beer and the value, however I opted for this as I was disappointed at the prices of the pale ale bundles as most of the beers are available in supermarkets for much less. I'd be happy paying this price for beers that are harder to get hold of.”

“Your product is very good. Shame about the delivery. DPD made two different deliveries, meaning someone had to be at home as we don't have any particular place to leave the goods and all our neighbours are at work. The first delivery driver was very unpleasant because the box was very heavy and he wasn't at all pleased when my wife requested him to drop the box inside the doorway rather than leave it outside. The only reason I would be reluctant to recommend your product is because of DPD.”
