“Was disappointed I placed two orders of 8 beers that came with a glass but both orders were sent in one box I was hoping they would be sent in separate boxes as they are for two different people this now means I am having to buy two boxes so I can send them out separately”

“A very good web site, easy to navigate, with minimal delays due to the number of folks on it. Wide choice of beers available of every possible variation. For myself the main weakness is the minimal variety of gluten free beer. Look around the web- they're there, but not here. This four Star for me, not five. Very good after sales communication with delivery on time and as predicted. Prices are ok and very good in the sales.”

“This review supercedes my previous critical review because Beerhunter went to great length to address and solve the points I had raised previously. They offered a discount even tough one was not necessary. They addressed the courier delivery issue as well. So, I am happy to buy from Berhunter.”

“The ordering was ok and then things went down hill. I paid for next working day delivery and that didn’t happen; when the beer arrived, instead of alcohol free Kastel Rouge, I was sent 8%ABV Kastel Rouge. Another shipment was sent out with the correct beer, but the 8% beer is still awaiting collection. The company did try to put things right and refunded the additional sum for next day delivery, but from beginning to end, this shopping experience has been a disaster. Maybe the company will let me keep the 8% beer as a gesture of goodwill? We will see.”

“The delivery time, pachacking and beer were all good. However I did need to chase via email as I was devliered an Erdinger Jugen Klopp glass instead of a 1 litre stein which was advertised with my order. Thankfully, the stein was delivered a few days later.”
