“Although the wrong beer was delivered, Beer Hunter quickly resolved the issue by organising a free return and replacement and also refunding the original delivery charge. Mistakes happen but a sign of a good business is their desire to make things right, which Beer Hunter did.”

Hi Michelle, I am sorry to hear you have not received your order, I have checked with customer services and cannot find any emails, the email address for customer services is cs@beerhunter.co.uk. After investigation I can see the courier has damaged your parcel in transit and have been unable to deliver it. We are a small family run company who prides ourselves on quality products, service and delivery and I am terribly sorry the latter has let us both down. Customer services will be in contact with you shortly to rectify this.
