Hi Steven, I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with the delivery time, I have had a look into this, your order was placed on Friday evening on a standard delivery which is despatched in 3 to 5 working days, your order was despatched on Tuesday which is day 2 and delivered on Wednesday, day 3. “Good customer service and quick delivery great for those hard to find beers i am a fan of Augustiner helles which is fairly priced on the site i would say some of the british ales etc are overpriced in my opinion.”

“Unfortunately, my beer did not arrive in time for a birthday treat holiday. DPD failed to deliver it as they claimed it was damaged. I would have preferred them to deliver it as all the bottles could not have been broken, but instead, they did not even offer the delivery, they just drove away. So no beer for the holiday!! DPD are rubbish, they do this all the time. My order is being dispatched tomorrow for a delivery on Monday. Fingers crossed”

“Knowing there is a case of excellent Belgian beers in my garage gives me a warm, snuggly feeling. Having tried most of the Trappistes, I'd say La Chouffe is my favourite. I wonder why Beer Hunter doesn't offer one or two of the excellent beers from Brasserie De La Senne, 'Taras Boulba' for example, or 'Jambe de Bois' ('Peg Leg'). The key to these strange names is in the label illustration.”
