“Bit disappointed, fantastic range of beers so thought I'd give it a try, ordered on a Saturday encouraged by the next day delivery offer, didn't expect it till probably Tuesday, rang on the Thursday to enquire where order was to be told "we are very busy due to father's day" finally turned up sat. It was a big order of 48 bottles or so, stuff i can get locally without all the packaging so I'll probably stick to that next time unless it's some really special beer.”

Hi Matt, thank you for the feedback on your review, we have checked your order and standard delivery was selected at checkout, this is despatched within 3 to 5 working days, your order was despatched on day 5, we are usually much quicker than this but as it was Father's Day, this is a peak period for Beerhunter so orders can take a little longer to despatch at these times. “After visiting the brewery in Brugge I thought it would be a nice surprise to order the Zot beer for my husband on Father’s Day. It arrived quickly and was very well packaged. With the beautiful weather we are having he is enjoying his beer in the garden so a big thank you.”

“Great selection of beers I have always wanted to try different german beers . Because in my personal view i find them superior to what I can buy locally. So far I have had some excellent beers and wish continue experiencing them”

“Ordered on Tuesday and it said Friday delivery, nothing turned up and it was after 5 so couldn't make contact on Friday afternoon with anyone left a email, had to wait till Monday to get a response which just give me the tracking number to DPD which didn't work till the Tuesday, As I went away on the Saturday I changed the delivery address to my neighbours house for the Wednesday but unfortunately it was left on top of my bins in full view for everyone to see in the rain , luckily a friend noticed it and took it in.”

Hi Paul, thank you for your review, your order has been checked and it was ordered on a standard delivery which is despatched in 3 to 5 working days, your order was despatched on day 4 and delivered on day 5. I am sorry to hear that the courier left this outside in the rain, we will be raising a complaint with them.

“Still haven’t received my order, was only informed it was delayed but no further updates. I have also not received an apology for the delay. So far I’m extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this company.”

“Lovely beer. 12 bottles with ceramic tops. One bottle opened without a pop unfortunately and its contents were flat. The rest were superb. Haven't followed it up as I expect you'd just get a £5 voucher.”

“Communication was very limited. I ordered a Father’s Day gift which was damaged in postage, beerhunter did not contact me about this and after a lot of chasing up they said a replacement would be sent out with next day delivery. This was on Thursday. The replacement didn’t arrive until late afternoon on Father’s Day. Everybody, including my dad were very disappointed. For customer service to only be an email function which is open weekdays 10-3 is unacceptable. People have jobs. Also your instagram lists an outdated phone number. Surely around a presumably busy time for your business such as Father’s Day you should be contactable in the days leading up to this time.”
