“great and fast delivery, bed decent quality, wasnt too hard to put together”

“I bought the Lilian bed back in 2017, and it's a great bed, very plush and luxurious. The price is so reasonable too! 7 years later, the bed still looks great and hasn't got any problems. I recently moved house and lost the screws, customer service was great and they sent me the manual so that I can find screws at my local hardware store. Well chuffed and looking forward to reassembling my bed again!”

“Bed factory Direct Warrington - Excellent service from start to finish the young lady was very helpful in store , we explained what we were looking for and Nyree pointed out the mattresses that she felt were suitable . Left us to wander around and lie on the demonstration models and then completed our order efficiently . Nyree explained the delivery time and process and we were well communicated throughout. The mattress was delivered two days ago .. Excellent”

“We came to store today and was greeted by a lady called Stacy, she showed us a couple of beds we were interested in and was very polite and helpful, we decided we liked a bed but needed to thne leave store an go home to measure our room, and told her we would be back, we then went back to store two hours later and she greeted us straight away and again was very helpful, showed us the materials we could have in the bed stand ect and mattresses, we chose our bed, headboard and mattress and brought it there and then and are very excited to have it deliverd Thursday.”

“We went to the new Birkenhead showrooms a month ago just looking to possibly replace our mattress. Under no pressure, Gary, a salesperson, asked what we wanted. To cut a long story short we ended up buying a kingsize bed, which was delivered today by two very polite and helpful delivery people (Kevin from Gateacre? and Chris from St Helens). On unpacking the bed, Kevin noticed that two metal brackets were missing and promptly 'phoned his depot and was told that they would send them out to us. A few hours later, Kevin arrived with the missing parts and fitted them to the bed frame. We have never experienced such excellent service from any other company over the past 30 years. Well done! We would highly recommend them to everybody. Thank you all.”

“The bed was delivered on the day promise, but was incomplete. After contacting customer services, they located the remaining package and dispatched immediately for next day, first drop off. I received 3 calls keeping me informed and the bed arrived 9am as promised, including another follow up call, just as the driver arrived, to ensure satisfaction. The bed was wrapped very will, quality excellent and easy to assemble. After being somewhat nervous to order such an item online, i am really pleased with the product, the company and customer service from both supplier and delivery driver. Would recommend then to anyone.”
