“Have not put beds together yet as not ready for them yet. But they look lovely and just what I was looking for. The price was fantastic low price for good looking beds, delivery was quick and good that you could choose your own day of delivery. And the guy who delivered was great.”

“Very good service, delivery was early which for me was great. Good quality bed. Very helpful delivery men, carried the bed up stairs and put into the bedroom where it was going. Overall very happy with service.”

“After some initial confusion because part of the order was missing the staff of Beds Direct were brilliant at getting it sorted. Communication was brilliant and the missing items was not down to them but down to the delivery firm. Thank you Beds Direct staff for sorting it all so promptly”

“We went for Kaydian super king ottoman style and could not be happier. Fabric is great, oatmeal colour neutral and style is very contemporary. Love the space under the bed and lifting is not an issue with the gas lifting system. It's great there is a board over the storage space to protect it from dusting. It's also off the floor which I like too. Very happy with the purchase so far.”

“The customer service was excellent! I live in a more remote area and the team answered all my emails promptly and did all they could to satisfy my worries regarding delivery. “Brought this bed for my teenage daughter it's great really pleased with bed was easy to put together to order on line was easy, quick delivery but beaware do not take item(frame/mattresse) to room you need bed in left it in hallway by front door.”
