“Living on an island it's quite often difficult to get deliveries of large items but bed and matresses deliveried with no problems and super fast. Customer care also great, got a call to check the order and confirm delivery details. Highly recommend and I've passed their details to several friends.”

“We are extremely pleased with the bed. The ottoman instructions were clear and my husband was able to put it together more or less on his own. The only problem was when we tried to join the two halves together, the bolts were a little too short to be able to get the wing nuts on. As we had longer ones anyway we used them instead and it was fine. The delivery was put back for one day but we were contacted by phone to see if this was ok. The delivery men were superstars. I got a phone call to say they were on the way. Seeing I had mobility problems, they took everything upstairs, were very friendly and efficient. We would certainly use this company again. Thank you.”

“WE USED BED DIRECT FACTORY FOR THE FIRST TIME A WEEK OR SO BACK AND WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN SOON TO REPLACE SOME OF OUR OTHER BEDS THEY WERE ON TIME AND HELPFUL TO US BOTH”

“I found the bed factory's service and delivery faultless. I had made a mistake with one of my items and they quickly picked up on it and contacted me. Thierry telephone staff were most helpful and the delivery men were very helpful and courteous. I cannot complain at all. My only concern is that with the tree sap leaking from the devan bedframe which has leaked over my brand new bedroom carpet. Most has cleaned up and this is more of a heads up than a complaint. Other than that the bed is fantastic and I couldn't be more pleased with the standard of construction.”

“The Bed factory delivered our mattress exactly when promised and telephoned an hour before the delivery so we knew an accurate time of arrival. The mattress is very good quality and excellent value for money. I will definitely go back to The Bed Factory when we need to buy another mattress!”
