The product quality is what you would expect for the money. = 1 star The price is good. = 1 Star The delivery company used are good. = 1 Star The delivery date promised when ordering is an indication only = 0 Star 2 Draws at the end means 2 draws at the side. = 0 Star

The bed, a faux leather divan bed, is OK and rather comfortable, but the bottom half was damaged and there was a screw missing. Delivered replacement one week later. Communication was very good and the delivery guys great but they should invest a bit in product quality control.

On the advertisement it said, if you spend more than £99 YOU WILL GET IT NEXT DAY. Well we got it 2 days later, making me miss a days work. And it came on a Saturday and to top it off. One of the threads. Would not accept the bolt!! So we have a dodgy frame.

Hi Mr Lopez, I can see your order was made at 5.54pm on 6th April, we despatched the goods on the 7th April. An order needs to be received before 11am for us to be able to guarantee next day delivery. This is stated on our delivery page. Spent a lot of money on our mattress and have had it 2 months now , it seems that this mattress is poor quality and has already got 2 big indentations either side , we have had constant back pain since day 1, my advise is go with someone who gives you a 1 month return period like most do , unfortunately we are looking to purchase a new mattress now but lesson has been learned

Hi Ms Swift, please can you contact one of our Customer Service Team so we can put this right for you. The Sirocco is an orthopaedic mattress. Obviously we can't comment on your back pain, however we would like to investigate any possible issue with the mattress.

When placing order it was simple, but we was not told that the beds where out of stock. So after having new mattress had to wait a week for new beds. I will say the phone operator was good and clear with his explanation.

I've not received the bed as yet! So can't comment ! Mr RICKARDS 07906546019. Received single storage bed today 9/3/16 storage base keeps popping up if mattress isn't on it!! Safety issue!! Can you call me on mobile07906546019 to discuss safety issue? Thanks RICKARDS

It is difficult. The score was brought down by the delivery service which wss5very bad. I waited in three days before I got my delivery and I would not have known it was being delivered them if I had not rung them. It was very easy to order this item and the instructions were easy to work out.

I am afraid I am overcharged by your company, the same Wood Ottoman Bed in Ebay only £204 and from your company you charged me £359 .It is too much!!!!!

Hi Mooleplackal, we have checked ebay, we can see that the price of this model is cheaper with some ebay sellers. We strive to be competitive with our pricing, and against other google sellers, however there will be times where we can't be the cheapest. You will see that we are inline with the standard price. There would be very little profit left after the cost of this model if we sold it for £204, and we would not want to compromise on the service we offer.

The bed itself is awesome, but the assembly was quite hard, as the screws did not all fit the provided safety screw heads and in general were quite hard to adjust. Also, I ordered a duvet and was only informed 3 days before delivery that it was out of stock - not very happy with that. But the money was transferred back to my account swiftly and I appreciate that. I also don't understand why you would call me to offer me to deliver on a Wednesday when I paid 20£ extra for Saturday delivery. But all in all I'm happy with the purchase.

Making the order was easy, but it was impossible to coordinate delivery of the beds or speak to anyone via the telephone line. I'd cancelled the delivery date via email easily but could not speak to anyone to reschedule and the beds arrived on the cancelled date. One of the beds also had some missing parts.

The bed is perfectly fine as ordered. Would have been helpful to know the floor of the ottoman bed was a piece of material that you Velcro onto the base as opposed to a proper base as this may have changed my opinion on whether to buy it or not. However I can live with this and the bed is of good quality. My problem was with the delivery. Having selected a date and arranged to work from home that day I got a call from the van driver two days prior to scheduled delivery date saying he'd be at the house within 2 hours. When I said the delivery date was in two days he's said he would have to take the bed back to the warehouse and then not sure if he could get it back on scheduled date. Fortunately I managed to get someone to be there to take delivery but I was not impressed at all.

Would have given very good rating, Bed Factory, but you let yourselves down by sending no instructions on my bed base ie. How and where to fix my headboard, as the holes to fit the bolts were hidden under the damask and not visible.....confusing! Also, my bed base was a 4`6`` double bed that came in two halves and needed 8 castors (I requested pegs, not castors as I have laminate flooring in my bedroom) guess what, I received only 4 castors so had to buy 4 more from local hardware store. Little things make a big diff, Bed Factory....repeat and recommendation business hinges on the above. Listen and learn.

one of the draws was sticking, when we took it out the runner was bent , also the rear fixing had come away, and the bottom of the draw has a split in it, we need this exchanged right away, please e; mail us the day you will come regards maria pigg

I'd rank it as Very Good IF the response on your website had been better. The lack of acknowledgment and certainty over delivery dates cast doubt, which was added to on reading some of your on line reviews. Calls to your centre were met with friendly responses, but again a lack of certainty made me feel uncomfortable. If you sharpened up the web response, and sent a speedy clarification of delivery details, this would have been eliminated. Neither did you respond to emails I sent seeking clarification. A shame, cos the bed was very competitively priced; and delivered on the originally promised date, despite the doubt ! Due to it being on a deadline when my daughter was leaving her accommodation for the Xmas break, we haven't inspected it, but from a glance, don't expect any problems; and the delivery chaps you contract to, were very helpful apparently.

I can see that you ordered one of the divans which we manufacture, however as we were extremely busy that week we decided to send the bed via another carrier to make sure it arrived on time, which is why the team may have been unable to give you a definitive answer when you called. Taking into consideration that I'd ordered a bed that unfortunately wasn't in stock, the service here was pretty good, I didn't wait more than a week for the bed and the bed itself is of top notch standard. Very satisfied. The reason however I give it a Normal rating, is because the bed sadly didn't come with instructions to follow... An uncommon occurrence, apparently. Following a phone conversation with the salesman I'd also discovered that the housing for the screws were rushed and the cloth hadn't been pierced through. Which required me to make some extra alterations to the bed. This wasn't a problem for me and apparently a rare occurrence. But this could've been avoided.

The bed is comfy and good storage area underneath. Shame the delivery service doesn't unpack and put the bed together. The delivery men said we should have ordered this along with the bed.! It certainly wasn't obvious on the website.

Hi Ms Evison, where an item is packaged such as a frame we can provide an assembly service however this has an extra fee and has to be prearranged as not all of our Delivery Services can provide it. We're sorry that this wasn't clearer on our website, and will make amendments.

I would have liked to have changed the delivery date and tried many times to contact you on the phone to no avail. I also sent an email and had no response so not impressed with your customer service.

The bed was delivered quickly and efficiently. We had some problems with missing bits from the bed but the service was good when we rang up about them. The main problem was with the bed manufacturer rather than with Bed Factory, as they sent the missing bits, but they were the wrong bits and the second time they tried to send them they were really slow.
