“Received my bed within 5 days of placing an order. They kept in touch and advised an Estimate time of arrival. The bed came and it's brilliant quality and so comfy. It's great value for money as well. Would recommend the bed factory to anyone.”

“I ordered a headboard on a Friday, hopefully to be delivered on the following Monday, taking no account that there was a weekend in between. On the Monday morning I was advised that delivery would be on the Tuesday, quite understandably. Delivery took place as promised, and the headboard was exactly as described, and of excellent quality. I would unhesitatedly use Bed Direct again.”

“Extremely satisfied with the service provided by BFD. Their website is straight forward and simple to use. The delivery process happened exactly as BFD said it would. We specified a morning delivery and the delivery company kindly obliged. This is in direct comparison to one of BFDs competitors who we had a complete nightmare with and who eventually cancelled our order. Go with BFD!”

“thank you for your assistance i ordered our bed we are thrilled with it i decided to order by telephone as there was a slight issue with website. we was helped by a friendly man (sorry i forgot his name) but he was a good representative of the company. day of delivery was when we agreed the text to say within a two hour period. i would strongly recommend your company”

“Service excellent, in fact I was contacted and asked if I'd like the mattress a day earlier, which I was happy to do. Two very pleasant young men asked if we'd like it taken upstairs which was very helpful. Mattress itself is lovely quality, so overall one very happy customer”

“From choosing my bed on line - then speaking direct to ensure the bed I chose was correct, to find that the bed I had chosen would not have been suitable. The Co. was extremely helpful, changed the web information slightly so I could proceed with my on line order, then changed the web page back again after my order was confirmed. How's that for helpful service. Would I recommend The Bed Factory Direct - absolutely.”
