“I recently ordered a new bed from Bed Factory, thier service was excellent. Not only was delivery fast & efficient, the staff were also extremely helpful when I discovered I'd ordered the wrong size...they managed to intercept & change my order without affecting my delivery date. WELL DONE & Thankyou. Would definitely purchase from here again & recommend them.”

“The mattress arrived within 2 days after ordering and with free delivery you can't go wrong. The mattress itself provided the best nights sleep after a long time! Its firm, luxurious and comfortably deep. For the price, in my opinion, its an absolute steal!! Thank you Bed factory.”

“Superb quality bed frame, lovely design and colour spec, easy enough to assemble (made more difficult by excited 3 year old :-) ) . At first I wasn't sure about buying off the web from a company I didn't know. However, we are delighted. Customer care and delivery were spot on. Our concerns were handled quickly and competently. Highly recommend.”
