“Superb quality bed frame, lovely design and colour spec, easy enough to assemble (made more difficult by excited 3 year old :-) ) . At first I wasn't sure about buying off the web from a company I didn't know. However, we are delighted. Customer care and delivery were spot on. Our concerns were handled quickly and competently. Highly recommend.”

“My husband and I were amazed at the efficiency and speed of the whole experience. We do very little online shopping, but we were able to choose exactly the sort of bed we wanted on the website, order it and pay for it with ease. It was delivered within a couple of days when they said it would be. Emails kept us in touch with delivery times. We were given an afternoon delivery time (as opposed to a whole day). It came. Job done. We are very satisfied customers and would use this company again.”

“Fantastic customer service and fast delivery of the beds - they arrived exactly when promised, all intact, carefully packaged. The quality of the bunk beds is excellent - really well made and sturdy. Easy to put together and look lovely. Excellent value for money. Will definitely use Bed Factory Direct again.”

“The bed is just as described both on the website and over the phone and the delivery was really quick. Both product and service is of the highest quality... We had my mother-in-law coming to stay with us unexpectedly for 2 weeks and needed a bed that would work for her during her stay and would then be good for our 3 year old daughter thereafter. we also needed next day delivery on both the bed and the mattress. After looking online, I rang Bed Factory and the help I received was first class. They went above and beyond to ensure I got the right advice on both the bed and the mattress and then ensured it was delivered the next day - even offering to build the mattress from scratch at one stage! I would definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.”

“Excellent 5 star service from the minute we purchased our bed until the time it arrived. Not only were Bed Factory Direct nearly a third cheaper than anywhere else we tried it was also delivered FREE. The next day delivery did not suit us but they arranged for it to be delivered on a day that suited us. Thank you Guys.”
