“When I contacted the company for assistance, they were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. On the day of delivery the gentleman arrived just as my granddaughter had fell asleep. They very quietly carried the mattress and boxes up the stairs. Let my daughter check for damages (of which there was none). They even left it in order of build so my son could put it together. My granddaughter has not woke once in the night since transferring from her cot into this very comfortable bed. "bfd you are our heroes "”
