“The Limelight Aurora bed is gorgeous and so easy to assemble, it's also very well made and sturdy. Being able to track the delivery van was really useful because I had to rely on someone else to receive it for me, this meant she only had to wait for 20 minutes.”

“The service was wonderful. I am recovering from a heart attack and did not have a bed, just a mattress on the floor. Due to my main initial preferences being out of stock BFD supplied me with a different more expensive bed at their own cost. I was so pleased to get my new bed quickly and that a member of staff had taken such an initiative to help me. I will certainly recommend BFD to my friends and I will use you again. Thank you. “Excellent service all around. Easy to navigate website with easy checkout. Very quick dispatch using next day delivery. Delivery staff were obliging by placing the item in the room where it was needed. If I need to purchase another bed in the future I would certainly go to Bed Factory Direct. I highly recommend them.”
