“I recently stayed at Chester's no.1 B&B Stone Villa and they use your mattresses. Myself and my wife were massively impressed with how comfortable the Voyager Mattress was and would go as far as to say the comfort and great night's sleep was first class. I therefore made further inquiries as to where the B&B B owners purchased the mattress from and they stated yourselves. Must say I am impressed with quality and price.”

“The reviews I read I saw a lot of problems with the delivery, I tried to ask for an afternoon slot well after 12.30pm when someone would be home from work to take the delivery. Unfortunately the time slot given covered from about 11am to 2.30pm. I tried to get this changed and was told if the driver had other deliveries in the area they could try and rearrange the deliveries so they would arrive later in the day but in this case I was the only delivery in the area that day so they could not do much but maybe hope for heavy traffic. So I thought we were going to have problems, I expected the driver to arrive before anyone was home to knock on the door and get no answer and go away. I think the driver was excellent as was our neighbour as the driver tried the neighbours found one in and left the bed with them which was a brilliant result and not what I expected because of the reviews. So I would say the transport company was excellent. With regard to the Bed this is a well made bed, I have had several wonderful nights sleeps on this and my new mattress and the under storage space is massive the bedroom is a lot less cluttered and under the bed now has stuff that is stored dust free (Almost!) - Good Service, Good product would certainly recommend.”

“Very pleased with my purchase, excellent value for money. I was kept up dated regularly regarding the delivery which arrived on time.The delivery men were very helpful and polite. This is more than can be said about a well known company who failed to deliver twice and so lost my order. I would not Dream of shopping with them again. The Bed Factory will be my first choice from now on.”

“Delivery was within the hour on the day stated - received a call when they were near. Managed to put the bed together in about 90 min. It seems very solid and is comfortable. Excellent purchase.”

“You don't buy beds everyday so comparisons are hard to make. From order through to delivery everything went well with no hiccups or complaints from my end. The bed arrived on the day it was suppose too and the delivery guys rang a head to confirm I was in. The bed itself is great, quality all round, really pleased with it, solid and went together reasonably easily ( a few 50/50 options in the instructions, and both times I got it wrong first time ). If I'm in the market for another bed I won't hesitate to come back to BFD.”

“After researching various sites we ordered a bed and mattress from Bed Factory Direct. We were encouraged by reviews that helped us to decide which items to buy. Delivery was swift and everything was well packaged. Bed assembly took a couple of hours but was quite straightforward. We are very pleased with the quality of the bed and mattress and our first guest to use it was impressed with the comfort. We strongly recommend this site.”

“I was very impressed with the delivery drivers , they called me an hour before & I was able to get a neighbour to see my delivery in For me , this may sound trivial but my husband & I both work 7 days pw & shifts , not all company's would be so accommodating ,,, It was also nice that after i placed my order ( over the Christmas period , when they were closed ) a lady rang me to confirm , I would recommend this company & their service”
