“I bought an end lift Otterman bed and headboard am really happy with the quality of them. They were good value for money and the service from Bed Factory Direct was great.”

“Delivery very efficient, 2 man delivery to a 3 storey town house. Men were very polite. Bed was easy to assemble and so far no problems with it. Have already recommended you to friends and family. “This bed arrived on the day as promised - delivered carefully and with consideration for decor and carpets etc. Excellent quality, comfortable and as described. This is the third bed I have ordered and I Would thoroughly recommend the products and service.”

“Very pleased with both the quality and price of the bed, and the excellent customer service. There was a one day delay in delivery...because the bed was still being made... but I was advised by telephone in plenty of time and with an apology. Actual delivery was as promised, delivered to the room. Could not have wished for more.”
