“The two beds ordered were delivered promptly and on time. Only one problem, there was missing wooden slats and fittings from one of the packages. After a phone call and a couple of emails the issue was sorted and a package was sent out by courier within days. This was a hindrance at all and I believe I was looked after brilliantly. As for the beds, great value, nice looking and they do a perfect job.”

“Great service from this company, After being let down by a different company I emailed to request that they phone me to confirm delivery day and this was done. The bed was easy enough to assemble on my own and it's very comfortable. Oh, and it looks good too!”

“It was easy to order and they contacted me the same day by phone to let me know that they would be ordering my carpet from the manufacturers so would contact me as soon as it was in. They rang me today. will deliver next week. Cant ask for more really.”

“Was very pleased with the way we where treated was surprised when the mattress was delivered. Rolled up had the funny outlook that when I opened the packing I would be shot a cross the room likes on a magic carpet ride thank you for your excellent service”

“Product was a higher quality than I was expecting, which was a pleasant surprise! Delivery took a bit longer than was originally stated, but the problems and status of delivery were clearly communicated via telephone and email as soon as they arose - much appreciated.”

“I would recommend the service was great , the guy on the phone was very helpful, they delivered on the day I wanted (M&S wouldn't when I ordered a different bed!) . The bed itself is well build, sturdy and great value for money.”

“We have absolutely no complaints about the service received from this Company. We ordered a bed frame and mattress over a weekend and was contacted first thing on the Monday morning to advise us that they were in fact waiting for this particular frame to come in stock giving us the option to either refund, wait or chose an alternative. We chose an alternative which was similar at no extra cost and was delivered promptly and efficiently, I would not hesitate to use this Company again in the future.”
