“The center rail was omitted in my package but was replaced within 24hrs.Wonderful bed for my son he loves it.I will recommend it.”

“i am housebound unable to walk ,ordering this bed was TICKETY BOO .GREAT .the men who delivered 2 OF THEM put mattress on bed happy smiling no moaning .and mattress is comfortable for my bad back .was ordered and delivered in less than 4 days .emails keeping me up to date .what more can i say ,only i wish the firm well .these days a company is rare to find so good as they are .order a bed you will be tickety boo like i am .”

“The service was excellent and the product second to none, even though I felt slightly misled by the website in thinking that there was a mattress included in the price; there wasn't. A problem with delivery (not Bed Factory's fault) was sorted out within two hours of my contacting them and I received the missing item the very next day. Overall a very good company to do business with and I would certainly recommend them.”

“Excellent price for a fantastic bed frame which was easy to assemble using the guide provided. I was informed every step of the way where my order was and received courtesy calls and emails throughout. The delivery went smoothly and on the agreed time and date. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend bedfactorydirect, it's goods and it's staff to friends and family 5* excellent service”

“Excellent and friendly customer service. I ordered the bed on a bank holiday Sunday and received a telephone call on the Tuesday to say they were sorry but would not be able to deliver the bed until the following Monday. The bed arrived as promised on the confirmed delivery date and the couriers even carried it upstairs I did have a query about the headboard which was dealt with extremely promptly I am very pleased with the bed and would recommend this company to anyone”

“I ordered this bed originally from a different company and had a terrible time with a broken bed (twice) and two months to get a refund. I really wanted this bed so came to Bed Factory Direct. I rang them initially to get some reassurance that the same thing wouldn't happen with them. They were great and very helpful. I ordered the bed and got a delivery confirmation very quickly. On the day I got a two hour time slot (not 'sometime between 7am and 8pm' like with the other company!). It arrived as scheduled in perfect condition and the driver was exceptionally helpful. All in all I am a very happy customer. Many thanks!”
