Was informed that delivery would be on a Monday then received a phone call to state a delay with the mattress and delivery would be the Wednesday. On the Monday received another call from the supplier stating delivery had not been booked and the bed and mattress would now be delivered on the following Monday. Bed & mattress arrived!! The long brace bars of the bed were damaged but due to lack of time we had no option but to put the bed together as it needed to be used that night otherwise we would definitly of sent it back. Overall the bed is lovely, solid and mattress is very comfortable.

It would be useful to include information or instructions about the product as the Ottoman bed I ordered arrived with both the struts off and the mattress base/lid did not line up with the bed base once they were on. You need to review your online ordering process and protocols and have the back up to support it, be honest when there is a problem and return calls. The company that delivered the bed were very good the journey could be tracked, they contacted an hour before delivery and were on time, careful,efficient and helpful.

My bed was delivered on the wrong day ( nobody in) and it took nearly 2 weeks and numerous phone calls to get it delivered when somebody was in.

The service sounded first class on the web site . The product itself was good value for money but you need to be prepared that the delivery and customer service will be a poor service . The bed arrived a day late which meant someone had to take time off work to take delivery . The customer services promised on three occasions to call me back to update me, which never happened. The courier firm did however keep us up to date once we were aware of the new delivery date. There is no point in offering a next day delivery and requesting a delivery date if they cant follow this though . left feeeling frustrated with the company and wouldnt use them again .

Problems with order not being delivered. Rectified in the end but only after me complaining. Bought a second bed and when it arrived it was the wrong colour. Was told it was a mistake on website. Received emails on a bed I hadn't ordered that was due for delivery!!! Emailed company to ask what was going on and never got a reply!!

Do not deliver to Northern Ireland, so when it says delivers to all of UK it is misleading.

Bit disappointed to be honest. The bed didn't arrive on the day originally advertised (Friday), meaning I had to change my plans for the Monday to wait in again for the delivery. Also, they used a different courier for the mattress to the one used for the bed (I wasn't told this) which was pretty awkward as I had to wait in for two separate deliveries. The bed itself is nice enough, but one of the pre-drilled holes was in the wrong. As I had to drill another one myself the bed now has a random hole in it. Wouldn't buy from these guys again.

Ordered my bed a week before it was supposed to b delivered , it never arrived and when I phoned up they could not find my paper work . It was made the next day they tried to blag me saying oh it was there delivery men's fault , but all along it had not been made , I eventually got it late the next day . Not impressed at all , and I am not recommending them because I was totally disappointed

Unable to place one of the wheels on as there was a piece of cardboard jammed into its holder. Delivery man didn't help taking bed upstairs as he said that he didn't have anyone with him that day (we ordered two beds).

Im still waiting for my mattress after 3 weeks, and still do not know when it will arrive, even though I have paid for it in full. Not good.

Boxes were all damaged & wet. Wood inside was mouldy and we had to clean it all off. Delivery drivers weren't concerned. Mattress was nice quality.

Ordered on the 26th December and have still not received my bed, I have emailed and rang the company and still got nowhere, they have not kept in contact to explain why my order has been so delayed and I had to ring up and be told by the man on the other end of the phone that the delivery company had only just got the other part of my bed on Wednesday when it was due to be delivered last Friday, extremely disappointing but good prices which is what caught my eye in the first place.

Only good thing about it, price. Costumer service is very disappointing, min existing... Delivery time on website, 2 weeks. Agreed to 2 week delay due to high demand, now 3 weeks later and I still haven't got a delivery date! Honestly, stay away from this company and spend a couple £ more to buy local! Lessons learned..

Hole in base of mattress when arrived - the company offered to 'sew it up' or they could refund £20 and send us a duvet as a way of apology. We opted for the later option as I can sew. Money refunded straight away... Still awaiting the duvet and a response 2 weeks later.

Out of the five items ordered i only received one. The balance had to be substituted, had over a month lead in or didn't arrive. In the end i had to wait in for three days to get it delivered. Will not shop there again.

The mattress I ordered is fantastic however the bed frame was sent in awful packaging. Bits were missing so had to make shift put it together. Some bits were damaged and not the quality I expected. Parts of the bed that were meant to have holes didn't and had be adjusted. The screws and other little bits didn't come in their own bag they were just thrown in a big box with the frame. Overall I felt it was very unprofessional and expected much, much better.
