Fast delivery but poor quality product. Sent wrong parts, standard mattress didn't fit the bed frame correctly and despite taking photos and complaining, nothing has been done to remedy or compensate the situation.

I am happy with the bed itself but very poor delivery service! I was told 2 man delivery to room of my choice but one man from tuffnells delivered my bed and did not take it to my room! Was appalled as could not take my bed up 3 flights of stairs myself and couldn't sleep in it. It too me and my friends the next day to take the mattress upstairs. Will not use again due to poor delivery

Hi Ms Woodall, I’ve checked your order and although you requested two man delivery to a third floor in your comments, our Customer Service Team should have then contacted you as for a frame and mattress order there would usually be an extra charge for this service. The service was terrible. No one ever answers the phone or responds to emails. I paid an extra £40 for Saturday delivery but then receive an email late Friday to advise delivery was now going to be on the Monday. I called and emailed bit didn't get a response, only for the delivery still to turn up on the Saturday. The only up side was the delivery driver was very nice. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Hi Ms Kaines, I can see you arranged for delivery on Sat 19th December, this is one of the busiest delivery days of the year for couriers which is why your delivery was delayed. You should have had the £40 refunded and I'm arranging for one of our Team to do this. We're really sorry that this was overlooked. We appreciate your feedback.

2 head board different colours I asked for pigs feet I have wheels ,call and complain about it nothing happened Dilvary email s complicated.

Hi Mr Karawi, I can see that you ordered two headboards together, and a third on the 21st Dec, they should all be the same colour creme suede, if the wrong colour has been sent we will happily replace the incorrect one for you. I can't see any note on the order that you had requested glides, however we will check this with our Team. We tried to call you and sent you an email on the 14th Dec to arrange a suitable date and time for your delivery, and confirmation on the 15th. I'm going to ask one of our Customer Service Team to call you on Mon to help resolve these issues for you.

I had reserved a text telling me that my bed would arrive on Thursday when I asked for it to be delivered on Friday due to work commitments. Then I reserved a text to on Thursday saying they didn't have bed. After phoning the company and getting through at 12.15 on the Friday ( keep in mind the close at 12.30. Was told they would call me back still waiting. I then got text on the Saturday telling me my delivery would be today. And had to then at 8.30 try and make arrangements for someone to be in my property .

good customer service but an awfull mattress. was comfy for about 2 weeks until the springs started protruding. even a bed topper couldn't hide it. it's now worse than the 10 yo one I threw out

It took three attempts to deliver the bed correctly. It was eventually sorted it but only after several phone calls

Very pleased with Beds we received however, we lost 3 days waiting for delivery. Office staff were helpful but clearly had no idea or control over couriers Tuffnels. Despite many promises over a Friday,Saturday and Monday delivery turned up at 2.3pm Monday so very disappointed .

The overall service by the bed factory was great, the bed was delivered on time on the date arranged. My gripe is with the quality of the bed, on two of the wooden slats on the foot board there was no holes drilled for the doweling to be put into, so I had to get my drill out and drill my own holes, which was tricky as the wood is very thin, fortunately I made a very good job of this and you wouldn't know. I couldn't be bothered to call the bed factory to complain as it would have meant packing up and returning the bed and arranging collection, just too much hassle. I suppose I would recommend the bed factory if asked because the service was good.

The way the bed was packaged was terrible. Open ends of boxes with no protection l Some of the wood had bad marks on them. Most where in a place that would not be seen, but that is no excuse. The bed itself is adequate.

The online service was fine, quick payment and confirmation email. However, when the delivery date arrived I had been looking out for the courier service and must of missed their call, they left no note to say they had visited and when I tried to contact BFD it seems near impossible to get through. Still trying to resolve this matter and it's been nearly 3 weeks!

I ordered a bed that I believed to be in stock, I was emailed and called to say it wasn't and it would be up to a week til the bed came in stock which I said was fine. After the week was up I contacted them twice via email asking when I could expect delivery. 2 days later I was called to say the bed was in stock and I would be receiving it on the following Tuesday or Monday if they caught the courier in time. I received a text on the Sunday stating that the bed would be delivered on the Monday, so I took the day off to receive it - it never turned up, it also didn't turn up on the Tuesday either. I emailed them on Tuesday afternoon asking where my bed was and I was told that they didn't understand why I'd had a text as the bed was sitting in their warehouse waiting to be despatched for a Thursday delivery even though they had told me it would be there Monday or Tuesday! I emailed said stated the above and said it was unacceptable to mess us around like this as I had taken time off of work to sign for this bed... they never bothered responding. It took over 2 weeks and 2.5 days of time off of work to receive a bed they said was originally in stock. Customer service was horrendous and even though the bed turned up fine in the end, I wouldn't buy from them again.

Good service. However the quality of the product was bad and it took 3 replaced items along with many calls to sort it out.

Bed wasn't delivered on agreed date and then took over 2 weeks to get our money back. Customers service were always polite and tried to resolve the problem. Don't think I would attempt to use again due to the unreliability.

My experience this time with the Bed Factory was poor . This directly related to their courier service: XDP . My items were left in my garden with an integral box missing. I was in during the allocated time . Individual staff at the Bed Factory were all helpful , polite and updated me regularly. They ensured that my son finally got the bed legs needed to assemble his bed after sleeping on the floor .

I received our bed after a few phone calls as it wasn't delivered on the day it was supposed to. Was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks but took more than 6 no notification no communication until we phoned the bed factory then it was promised following week but had to wait 2 weeks. So not sure if we would buy anything else from this company.
