“Thank you for your reply about my order. The genuine bearing part number fitted to the Mule 4010 is 92045-1411. This is the first Kawasaki part number quoted in your description. I did not order the wrong bearing. I ordered the bearing with that part number that wasn't the same as the genuine part. Hence, that is why I was disappointed with the bearing I received, and why it was returned. That is why I requested a postage refund. I hope this makes my position more clear?”

“Considering that the order I placed was very low value, they nevertheless gave me a first class service. My order was processed promptly, my goods were despatched within 24 hours and arrived a few days later. Needless to say they were good quality products and did exactly what I needed of them.”
