Hi Colin, thanks for reaching out. I don't see any record on our system of a complaint or request to refund. We are a bearings supplier so, whilst we only deal with trusted supply partners, we very rarely would ever have an issue on pre-fitted box fresh. We always welcome any feedback on quality, therefore please can you provide a photo or even send the bearing back in order for us to investigate further and issue a refund if required. Hi Richard. I can't see any enquiry under your name coming into our system. Please can you advise when it was sent and I can take a look at what was unsatisfactory. We are a supplier of Bondloc products and have no further advise or guidance to that of the manufacturer. craig@rmbearings.co.uk

“3 bearings missing from order. I emailed, got a swift email reply, mistake was acknowledged & missing bearings delivered by post shortly after. I fitted the bearings, 2 with seals, all ok. Thanks very much Terence.”

“At the time I ordered four bearings from your company I had ordered them as a backup after ordering two of the same bearings from another company. I very quickly received the four from Bearings Online and have yet to receive the bearings from the other company. A month into waiting I don't expect to receive the other bearings and am simply out the money spent. Thanks for quick service and good product. The bearings were just what I wanted, have been installed and are working well and my repaired equipment is back into service.”
