“As things turned out the item was out of stock so it took a bit of time to receive the bearings ordered. This was surprising, since the parts are somewhat common, or so I believe. But I wasn't in a rush and they were duly delivered. The price was keen. Contacting customer services was painless.”

Hi Mark, Thanks for getting in touch. I have checked your order out, they left our warehouse on 22nd March on a second class royal mail service. Unfortunately, that gives us no option to track those parcels and from time to time we get notifications that delivery has not been fulfilled. I'm more than happy to send out a replacement package, please let me know if you still require? Thanks, Craig.

“Bearings online advertised the bearings I needed for my project as a package deal. Once ordered I was disappointed to receive the message that one of the bearings was not available, but expected "next week". I am pleased to say that I received the whole package by Thursday of that week. The bearings were exactly what I required and were all installed yesterday.”
