“BBQ is as expected, however it doesn't arrive with the regulator which is a specialist part... it should be sold as a bundle IMO.
Also the dpd delivery driver (not the fault of BBQworld) left the BBQ out the front of our house which was not a safe place!”
“I should be giving this review 5 stars, extremely fast delivery, BBQ is a nice size and looks great. However,sadly there are a couple of screws on the underside of the BBQ lid which have left some scratches on the enamel of the BBQ surround, I'm guessing this has happened during transit? Hopefully this won't cause any further damage/rusting to the affected area down the line. Not what you want to be worried about when spending near £600 on a new BBQ. Shame really.”

We were sent another promptly but having just assembled it - we have noticed the base is damaged.”
“After some research, I ordered a Weber BBQ and cover from BBQ World for a very competitive price. The items were despatched within 24 hours (Wednesday). I then received a series of text messages from the Courier (DPD) telling me it would be delivered on Friday, then it didn't happen for some reason, forecast for Sunday, then the BBQ was delivered on Saturday and the cover arrived on the following Monday. A bit messy but it got here !! I built the BBQ but there was a faulty part in the kit on the rail, I have contacted Weber directly and hopefully I will receive a replacement in the next few days. Overall I am very happy with the Weber BBQ, and the price I paid, it was just messy getting it delivered.”
“First time using my Pit Boss Memphis smoker and it failed miserably. As soon as it started to get to around 250F the door became unlatched and will not close. The blue light doesn’t work either.”
“The equipment was good, however, it's original box was broken and covered in dust. When I opened the box the item was covered in it. I would have expected a bit more care, and to not be sent a box that had holes in it and covered in dust.”

“Really nice barbecue but arrived damaged. Only noticed after I’d assembled it as there was a dent in the lid. Couldn’t be bothered to disassemble, re-package and send back as I needed to use it.
Bit disappointed, already starting to go rusty in the dent.
Oh well. Shame.”
“Purchased a Weber spirit e320 and cover a couple of weeks ago. The bbq is great. Typical Weber, great build quality and fairly easy to put together. Now for the reason I gave them 3 stars. When ordering the bbq I opted to pay an extra £1.50 for the “call me to arrange a day” option. This basically means you don’t get the order as quick as you would if you just opted for the free delivery, and to top it all they didn’t ring to arrange a date. Instead the driver phoned me 15 mins before he delivered it. Luckily I was home on the day.”
“The pallet on which the BBQ was delivered had clearly been dropped and whilst the box in which the BBQ was undamaged, when opening the package, it was clear that a number of the large folded steel panels were bent/buckled from the impact.
Never thought that I would have to get my dolly and forming hammer out to build the BBQ but after some re-work, I managed to make them all fit.
All rather sub-optimal, I have to say.”

“Barbeque ordered at competetive price and quickly delivered. I had also ordered an adaptor to enable a much larger patio gas bottle to be used. Unfortunately they actually supplied another regulator and tube, totally unsuitable. Returning it for a partial refund was relatively straightforward though and I have received an email that the refund is being processed.”
