“They had a misleading photo on the website showing the inclusion of a flat griddle. We realise in hindsight that the flat griddle was not included and that I should have read the technical specifications. However, we were left feeling misled by the inclusion of that photo on the website and when we discussed this with BBQ World, there seemed little sympathy in resolving our mistaken purchase. Yes, I wasn't careful enough when I ordered but I'd say be very careful when ordering.”
