“Very good prices for BBQ. Ordered it between Christmas and New Year, so things were a bit delayed. Kept me in the loop, but delivery service a bit antiquated in this day and age. Had to wait in all day for delivery, no two hour time slot given like most couriers. Obviously not the fault of BBQ world, but there was damage to the side burner, looks like a manufacturing defect. When I reported it, they were on the case staright away with the manufacturer-excellent post sale service.”
