Yes it requires quite a bit of assembly and when assembled larger than expected.
All the parts were there including a spare bolt and washer and when assembled it looks a quality BBQ as you would expect from Weber.
However I was a bit surprised at the poor fitting between the base and the BBQ cast "bowl" and only 2 screws to hold them together. This is the 4th Weber I have had and all of the first 3 assembled and fitted together far better. It needs some technical review!”

Came a week before end of Jan early which was great.
Bought a Treager ironwood 885 which had £400 off and couldn’t be more impressed.
Packaged excellent and product is extremely well made.
Bought a few other both and all come on a pallet. Driver was excellent and bought as close to door as possible.
Will use again for pellets and other bits.
