However, the instruction to check the delivered item for damage before the courier departed was impossible as he took a photo of the package outside the front door and left as soon as the door was opened. Fortunately, the item was well packaged and there was no damage observed on opening it.”

Email from BBQ World informing me product was damaged and no longer available. No suggestion of alternatives. Refund took several days to reach my account. Appreciate just unlucky with this one.”
