One minor quibble - NOT the fault of BBQ World.... I paid £1.50 for the option to have the pallet company they use contact me to agree a delivery date. That worked fine, but the company could only give me a very general 'Between 9-5'. They advised that on the day, someone would ring me with an hour's notice of the delivery vehicle's ETA. Needless to say they didn't, though fortuneatly someone happened to be at home. As I said - not the fault of BBQ World, but they could tighten this up with their courier company.”
