“Good communication via telephone with information of stock. Quickly canceled and refunded for orders that were out of stock so I was able to re-order a grill that was in stock. PALLETWAYS was scheduled to deliver on the 3rd working day after order. That Friday didn’t work for me, so I contacted PALLETWAYS to arrange delivery for the following Monday. Received emails from PALLETWAYS with progress throughout and a phone call from the driver before arrival. Driver placed the pallet exactly where I wanted and was very pleasant. I guess PALLETWAYS delivery experience varies greatly depending on which local depot is making delivery as others reported issues, but my delivery was great. I’m so happy with BBQ World, that I’ve just ordered a garden furniture set from GARDEN FURNITURE WORLD, another DAWSONS DEPARTMENT STORE shop.”

“We had a bit of trouble connecting the gas canister to the bbq using the separately-purchased gas regulator because it is not explained well. After lots of online research, we finally understood that we had to remove a component on the Grillo Chef (which was difficult to remove) in order to be able to connect it properly to the gas canister. Once the bbq was all setup, the BBQ worked great. It is easy to mount and dismount and easy to store and carry.”

I HAD SEEN THIS BBQ WHILE AT A FRIEND'S PARTY AND DECIDED TO GET ONE.
IT IS SO EASY TO USE AND AFTER A QUICK CLEAN IT'S BACK INTO IT'S CARRY BAG. IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG TO HEAT TO START GRILLING ALTHOUGH BURGERS WERE FASTER READY THAN SAUSAGES. IT IS BETTER TO SET IT ON A TABLE AS IT IS FAIRLY LOW AND WOULD BENEFIT OF A SPLATTER MAT. BUT OVERALL OUR BBQ WAS A SUCCESS. I GRILLED FOR 8 AND IT WAS PERFECT. I DIDN'T DO KEBABS SO DON'T KNOW HOW IT WOULD FARE. ALSO VERY IMPORTANT THERE IS NO CHARCOAL/ASH /ALUMINIUM TRAY ETC TO PUT IN THE BIN AT THE END.”
