“I pre-ordered a Weber Gas BBQ that was out of stock. On the website it stated they were expecting the BBQ to be in stock from 17th April. I was notified that my order had been despatched on the 16th April, I was able to track the order all the way through to delivery and it arrived the next working day. The delivery driver called to confirm the time of delivery when he was 1 hour away. The whole process was seamless and the BBQ is well worth the money.”

Delivery by Palletwise was poor though - they failed to show up on the day and then gave me hardly any notice the next day. No apology, no way to contact customer service to reschedule...”

Instead of sitting on a chain store's waiting list for 2 months, I ordered form BBQ World on a Sunday and it arrived on the Tuesday, which was ridiculously quick, especially as the Monday was a Bank Holiday! Effectively a next day service. Could not be happier with my purchase and the delivery time. Exceptional service.”
