“A shame the BBQ I purchase - Outback, only uses Propane Gas, I am finding it somewhat difficult to exchange my old butane gas bottle for a propane gas bottle”

“Ordered a BBQ online and requested delivery for the following Friday as we were away.
Sent 3 emails replying to the order confirmation email and to their "orders" and "support" email addresses. Had a confirmation email fro. DPD and successfully changed the delivery date to Friday.
It was delivered the next day, not the Friday whilst we were away.
Asked for it to be collected today and had an email to state it would be collected and they would call to confirm the time. No call, no collection.
I was told it was all my fault as I selected the wrong delivery option - I simply selected the free delivery option given to me. No apology, emails all blamed me, multiple failed promises. Absolute shambles, and still not resolved. Avoid at all costs.”

“Very good range of Weber Barbeques along with accessories covering charcoal/heat beads/fire lighters/cooking implements etc. Delivery provided the cost is over a certain amount is free of charge and usually very efficient, it's a pity that a 10% discount is not available for orders over £50.00 as this could encourage existing and new customers to consider increasing their expenditure”
