“I bought a Weber Master Touch, compared to the previous bbqs I've bought it is a massive step up in quality. The bowl and lid are thick steel and well painted and the grill is very heavy and thick stainless steel. It's built to last. The handle on the bowl was bent, I called the helpline, spoke to a very helpful lady, sent in pics and a new one was sent out straightaway. Really good customer service.”
