“Thank you all! My Monolith Classic Pro 1.0 has arrived and I haven’t had to use my kitchen oven since! I did have a few teething problems with setup, but with just one phone call with Adam I had everything sorted out, along with some fantastic tips and tricks. I am totally delighted with the service level and have ordered many of the additional parts since. The speed and efficiency has been brilliant, along with the personal service. Thank you again BBQ World.”

“Very poor after sales .. I bought a BBQ and cover after reporting both items as faulty on the day i received them, two weeks later i still haven't been able to use the BBQ and with BBq world / Dawsons Department store not giving me any clear idea of what they are doing to rectify the issues”
