“The delivery cost was more than the items I purchased, these were needed specifically for a gift so had no choice. £13.90 for delivery is crazy, the items were extremely small and lightweight so need for it to be that expensive. Would not order again!”

“My competitively priced 57cm Weber BBQ undercut a well known DIY store price by £61 and included free delivery. That's £239 instead of £300. I ordered on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday so I was delighted!”

“I have recently purchased a chargriller bbq from this sight it wasn't me who wanted it it was my partner I was going to send it back as I thought it was way too big for our back garden only too be told it was 150 for a courier to come back and pick up. Anyway we decided too keep it and as the weather has been lovely this weekend decided to light the barbi and invite a few friends round. My partner was mortified when after 10 mins of lighting the bbq all the paint was falling all I think in my personal option a £460 should not do this. As u can imagine we are mlnot happy with this product.”

“I put in an order and was told I would receive an email when the product was on its way. Really pleased that, after 2 missed deliveries, we were able to receive the item, but I had had it about a week before I had an email to say it was on its way? Cannot answer the next question about whether the delivery was on time, as I don't know when it was sent - the purchase order said within 3 days of dispatch.”

“Unsure which BBQ to buy with interchangeable griddle pan. Spoke to the gentlemen and they were absolutely brilliant in terms of patience and knowledge. We ended up with an Enders BBQ and what a brilliant and extremely sturdy BBQ. It was easy to put together but would reccommend 2 people to asssemble it. Absolutely delighted with the product and service given. Would definitely recommend.”

“I originally had a voucher for a Kamado Master Class cookery course, unfortunately the classes were fully booked for this year, then even more unfortunately the voucher turned into a new Kamado Big Joe 2!! Sold with a good discount and even better a buyer was found really quickly for my existing Kamado Joe classic at a price i would not have achieved on my own. Delivery was made within the timeframe i’d requested and the whole process was over seen by Richard who gave great service throughout.”
