This order was despatched the day after the order was received, but DHL made a bit of a meal of effecting delivery within a reasonable timeframe.

“Bought from BBQLand a couple of times now and I've found the prices to be great on items and fair on other items. Postage has been fast on the free shipping. I've also found that the range of products on sale is quite extensive and a great place to buy some of the products you typically can only get from America like runs, sauces and even things like the fireboard and thermometers for BBQ use.”

“I have emailed you already but you have yet to reply. No notification of delivery, parcel dumped on front doorstep while I was out. 2 pieces of plastic which I think were what I ordered for my son for Christmas, but no paperwork or label inside. Very disappointed. I have to admit that the 2 pieces of plastic match the photo on the website so I have kept them!”
