“Have bought in store and ordered online. Staff were very accommodating and helpful in a world that I had very little knowledge in. Online orders have been very easy, with a speedy service, items well packed. Will buy any of my BBQ items from these guys exclusively from nowe on.”

“I ordered a Kamado Joe Classic ll from BBQ Land and unfortunately when I opened the box the BBQ was damaged, as the box was sealed this was not fault to BBQ land. I contacted customer service regarding the damaged BBQ and they immediately arranged for delivery of a replacement BBQ and collection of the damaged one, absolutely brilliant customer service. The Kamado Joe I purchased from BBQ land was over £100 more expensive on Amazon. Very satisfied customer.”
