“Well made, looks good, cooks food well. Only issue unless its me is the top rack! You cannot leave food cooking slow or resting if you want to close the lid.”

“Really good customer service, I bought a cover because I didn’t realise the BBQ came with one, a friendly member of staff phoned me to say he had noticed the error I’d made, removed the surplus cover and refunded the money I’d wrongly spent… when does anyone ever go to that trouble nowadays?! Really recommend.”

“Rang up for advice which was seemed to be an inconvenience to them. Unable to place the order over the phone apparently to deter fraud? Item arrived next day, well packed, easy to assemble, looks great unsure whether to light it it looks that good. Great price with free next day delivery.”
