“Purchased a gas griddle but when it arrived the griddle plate had a fault. Contacted customer services who promptly replied with a solution to replace. Replacement arrived in super quick time with no issues. Great smooth service can't fault it. 100% store will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.”

“Ordered a paella cadac pan from BBQLAND as they offered the item for the best price even with postage. Didn't pay for express postage and yet pan arrived faster than expected. Great service would definitely use them again .”

“Brilliant service arrived next day to despatch, ordered a gasket for my Kamado Joe, after 12years of use, spoke to Richard who gave me some very useful tips on removing the oid one and replacing with the new gasket. back up and BBQ in just under 45 minutes, well worth the time. purfect seal hopefully another 12 years.”

“BBQ Land really is the place to go for a new grill. Went in a looked round the extensive range they have out and although the model I was interested in wasn't out on show, others were by the same manufacturer, I got to compare a few others, then bought the grill I originally came in for. Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and helpful.”
