“Purchased a MasterBuilt Gravity 560. Delivered in very quick time although the despatch email contained incorrect information resulting in a wasted days holiday. I would suggest that BBQLand spend more time on the detail and less time hastily sending information out to customers. In our case we did not want the product in a rush but we did want to know the exact delivery day? We received an apology (of sorts) but it has spoilt our overall opinion of BBQLand, specifically Customer Service. Three emails and a telephone call to get a way forward re delivery. As far as the 560 is concerned it is a very good BBQ so far. When constructing have a look at the various YouTube videos; they are a big help.”

“Quick delivery but it had transport damage. I had to bend and hammer the bottom of the unit back in place to fit one of the legs as per picture. Apart from that it is an awesome piece of kit! Order 219303”
