“Had to wait almost a year for the Char-Griller Competition Pro Smoker to be in stock again, but yes, worth the wait. Once I had got the message they were back in stock from BBQ Land, my order was in. I had to delay the delivery a week as I was away from home. No problem for them and very helpful. The delivery was on time and painless. Now arrived, took me 2.5 hours to put together. Have started smoking and having fun. On my first big smoke. 4 kg rolled pork shoulder. Looking fantastic. I went for the plain smoker without the gas BBQ on the end. Hey I'm retired.”

“ordered a Char Griller cover. Having phoned to be told don't take orders on phone but was told that he would make sure it went out pronto, to arrive on time (as it to be a present). Yes it arrived on time, in Devon. Tried to phone to thank but not got through. Thank you. Product is well made, good quality and fits nicely. I and the recipient are well pleased. Ought to have bought it a year ago, with the BBQ but such an extra cost. Good if the BBQ came with it.”

“Amazing quality and price for product, two downsides were packaging was damaged on arrive which isn’t the end of the world just abit of a let down when it’s a gift and delivery took 4 days but I was charged and invoiced for next day delivery but I would definitely use them again”
