“Recently bought a Cadac BBQ for my Husband’s birthday. BBQ Land website was easy to use and I was kept informed of the despatch and delivery dates as soon as I ordered it. It was delivered a day early which was great. Fortunately my Husband wasn’t around the day it was delivered as it wasn’t wrapped and the box was slightly damaged too. I’ve mentioned this purely for others to know if it’s a surprise present. I recommend BBQ Land and will certainly use again.”

“After much research into smokers,and searching the internet i decided to purchase the Treagar Ironwood 650, BBQ land I found were competitive and reasonable on price, they also offered a meat pack and 1 bag a month for 6 months. Smoker arrived on date and time given, had great communication throughout, and the meat arrived and went down a treat with family and friends. BBQ land have honoured the free bag of pellets monthly. A great experience from start to finish, the smoker is a absolute great addition and has had plenty of use and will be getting lots more, easy to use and great back up from Treagar. My fault but during the initial seasoning of the smoker I forgot to remove a plastic cap from internal temperature probe, cleaned up and contacted Treagar who replaced free of charge with no quibble. Would highly recommend both BBQ land and Treagar”

“After receiving an email telling me about my order , the link on said email was directing me to the wrong delivery company ie DHD instead of DHL . This meant I had no knowledge of when my delivery was coming . When I called BBQ land to ask for help , I was told I was wrong about the link and that there was nothing they could do … In fact they hung up on me !!! After several attempts I found who was delivering the order and when . Only for the driver to turn up earlier then stated and he left no calling card …. So back to square one … Rang bbqland to ask for help… no answer ..!! Had to take the following day off work to wait in for delivery as I had no other choice… My item is great 10/10 BBQ Land customer service 1/10 Will I use them again …. NO”
