“Good product (shower door) and no issues with delivery.
Initially bought wrong size door which was picked up promptly and replaced but returns payment isn’t as efficient (still waiting).”
“Initially sold a used item that had obviously been returned to them in a poor state. Rusty screws and wet appliance with scale over all the washers, it appeared as if it had been taken from someone’s wall and re packaged. Upon realising this and photos sent to the company they were very swift to rectify the problem collecting the used and replacing with new within two days.”
“The goods supplied seem to be of a good standard although not yet installed.
Customer service staff were excellent on the 3 occasions I had to speak to them.
What let it down was the delivery. The goods were not delivered on the day requested and I received an email late in the day saying there had been delays and could they be delivered the following day. I replied to this email but seemingly the reply did not get through. The following day I emailed customer service when it became fairly obvious that there would be no delivery that day either. By this time it was Friday so I phoned and was told that the goods were out for delivery but no time could be guaranteed. They were eventually delivered at about 5pm on Friday. By this time the plumbers had gone home so the goods sat on a plet in the road overnight until a family member could come over and help me bring them inside. I am a 66 year old female. I'm sure it was just a series of unfortunate events but very irritating.”
“Ordered new radiator and valves. Paid for next day delivery. Called late on day before delivery that valves are not available. Extra day added to delivery. Radiator arrived with scratches. New one sent out for next day.”
“The towel rails arrived promptly one of them wasn’t quite straight only noticed this after filling it up but not that notable to the untrained eye so installed it in my property anyway , I would buy again from this company no worries .... Derek”
“Ordered toilet based on picture of dimensions. Unfortunately not all of them showed and it didn’t fit because of a bottom bar not pictured. After paying for alterations to get everything to fit it Didn’t come with fixings either. Prompt delivery but not overly impressed with the product.”
