“Rapid and quality service. One of the parts delivered unfortunately had the bag split in transit losing a couple of bits - replaced straight away on a next day service. I can't fault this company at all. The rest of my delivery was perfect. I have now placed an order for a towel radiator aswell.”

“Initially sold a used item that had obviously been returned to them in a poor state. Rusty screws and wet appliance with scale over all the washers, it appeared as if it had been taken from someone’s wall and re packaged. Upon realising this and photos sent to the company they were very swift to rectify the problem collecting the used and replacing with new within two days.”

Customer service staff were excellent on the 3 occasions I had to speak to them.
What let it down was the delivery. The goods were not delivered on the day requested and I received an email late in the day saying there had been delays and could they be delivered the following day. I replied to this email but seemingly the reply did not get through. The following day I emailed customer service when it became fairly obvious that there would be no delivery that day either. By this time it was Friday so I phoned and was told that the goods were out for delivery but no time could be guaranteed. They were eventually delivered at about 5pm on Friday. By this time the plumbers had gone home so the goods sat on a plet in the road overnight until a family member could come over and help me bring them inside. I am a 66 year old female. I'm sure it was just a series of unfortunate events but very irritating.”
