The goods supplied seem to be of a good standard although not yet installed. Customer service staff were excellent on the 3 occasions I had to speak to them. What let it down was the delivery. The goods were not delivered on the day requested and I received an email late in the day saying there had been delays and could they be delivered the following day. I replied to this email but seemingly the reply did not get through. The following day I emailed customer service when it became fairly obvious that there would be no delivery that day either. By this time it was Friday so I phoned and was told that the goods were out for delivery but no time could be guaranteed. They were eventually delivered at about 5pm on Friday. By this time the plumbers had gone home so the goods sat on a plet in the road overnight until a family member could come over and help me bring them inside. I am a 66 year old female. I'm sure it was just a series of unfortunate events but very irritating.
