“Got to say, the team there have been fantastic. Through no fault of there own I ended up with a few issues on a couple of the mirrors purchased from them, and got to say I contacted them and they sorted it without fuss, I had to have two items replaced which they sent without delay one of which they were well within their right to refuse however they chose not to and helped me out.
If I could rate higher then I certainly would.

“Requested mirror to be delivered on Friday 25th sept, had an email to say it had been delayed. Was promised delivery on Saturday however delayed again! Was then delivered on Monday 28th, the box was open and box damaged! The mirror itself is fine and not damaged although I haven’t checked it works, however there is paperwork in the box between bathroom mountain and another customer requested to return the mirror! So data protection isn’t great by the look of it”
