Came on a pallet too so was happy with that as there’s minimum handling from delivery guys which I was nervous about with mirrors ! All good will use again”

“My experience with Bathroom Mountains has been 5 star. A company which puts the customer as the number one priority! There was an issue with the courier and customer services especially Sacha went over and above what I expected in order to get the item to me within the set time frame. Forever grateful and as a front line NHS worker they understood my situation and worked around it, even if it affected their end profit.

“Good service the product in question was a mirror cabinet and it was well packed to ensure all precautions were taken to ensure that the mirrors did not break. Furthermore the delivery was of a timely manner as it arrived before it was scheduled to do so. One thing I would say though is that the screws and plugs that came with it would probably only be good for installation on a hard/brick wall and it is good to ensure you are using fixings appropriate for the type of wall the items are being placed on.
