“Customer service did not respond to my pre-purchase questions. Was given a delivery slot of 8am till 6pm. Delivery arrived at 6.10. I dont understand why an all day slot was given, in this day and age an AM or PM slot should be provided as a minimum”
“Arrived as expected. No problems with delivery or packaging. Not installed yet, but everything looks okay. Excellent distance from spigot end to the wall. Searched high and wide for this feature too. Also features rimless flush, and easy removable pan seat. Value a little high, but got most of the features we wanted. Only other feature I would have liked was a square frontage.”

My bathroom is still being done but every box is labeled clearly and they went the extra mile to ensure it arrived the day they said it would.
I hope I don’t need a new bathroom anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll be getting it from here again!!”
