“I cannot fault the products or the service that I have received from Bathroom Mountain. The taps and towel rail we ordered are of excellent quality; they are heavy and feel very luxurious and well-made (we received some light, cheap rubbish from other websites which we were really disapponted with). The mirror we ordered had an issue when it arrived and this was resolved within a matter of hours on a Saturday. We received a new one days later and we absolutely love it. Delivery was quick (unlike some well-known competitors) and they were the best value for black bathroomware online too (I searched high and low).”

“Service good. Project delivered in good condition. Loses a star on the following: over use of packaging would be my only critique. I ended up with a giant 3D pallet on my front doorstep plus an excessively large amount of cling wrap. I was able to recycle the pallet by cutting it up for firewood. The unit itself was flat-pack and thus did not require this amount of packing, which also must have taken up a huge amount of space in the van.”

“Terrible service. Waited all day for a delivery, when I called in the evening for an update, I was told that the delivery was cancelled because one item was out of stock. I was told that I was sent an email advising that it was out of stock and to choose another, which I responded to, but they didn't have time to read my email! I arranged to collect my order in two days time and chose another item for the one out of stock. I then received an email advising delivery would be a few days later and a refund had been processed for the out of stock item. Tottaly inept staff, I would not use them again.”
