“Brilliant service. Ordered a black quadrant shower cubicle, received a call 1 hour later to confirm delivery date, item arrived 23 hours after placing order. Was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from Bathcenter again.”

Hi Susan, Im sorry to hear you werent happy with our delivery charges, all our delivery charges are displayed on the product page and during checkout but i will endeavour to make them clearer for future users. “Excellent products, at prices significantly lower than other online competitors. My delivery was delayed because of storm Eunice but the Bathcentre kept me fully informed of the delays by text and phone and the courier delivered first thing the following day. Courier was polite and proffessional bath and panel were both delivered in A1 condition. I would happily use the Bathcenter again.”
