“This is my second purchase, the first one went very well. The best online bathroom retailer I have used. The products are good quality, the prices are competitive, but what really sets them apart is the customer service. The sales staff are freindly and helpful which is what you need when you're making big purchases of unfamiliar items.”

“Just bought mermaid elite wet wall panels. Instructions could be clearer or at least suggestions of what else is required to complete the job. I spent a lot of time researching what was required.”

“I found the website an absolute joke. I have spent over half an hour trying to place my order. The site will not accept securely generated passwords. The bot tells you to clear cache and cookies from your browser, which does not solve anything and try a different browser! The only password accepted was a poor one and to be honest I do not know what password I succeeded in creating an account with.”
