We don't want delivery until our bathroom work is at a stage where the bath can go in - We contacted customer services and Ameena was quick to respond that delivery can be delayed to suit our requirements, which helped us decide to go ahead with the order. Their prices are very competitive too, with a great range of quality products available. ”

“ I never received my panel as they sent the wrong one out. Ok, these things happen, they said they would send the correct one out. A week later, its still not here, when I queried it I was told by Ameena delivery was attempted the day it was supposedly dispatched, when we were in all day. They also said they tried to call me, when no missed calls were received on the supposedly delivery day. Would not use them again and requested a refund. ”
