I never received my panel as they sent the wrong one out. Ok, these things happen, they said they would send the correct one out. A week later, its still not here, when I queried it I was told by Ameena delivery was attempted the day it was supposedly dispatched, when we were in all day. They also said they tried to call me, when no missed calls were received on the supposedly delivery day. Would not use them again and requested a refund.

To be able to choose a delivery date prior to paying would be beneficial as we need the bath by a certain date and will have to cancel and seek a refund if it can't be delivered.
